4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering or scraping content, posting discriminatory/illegal material, spamming, impersonation, unauthorized redistribution of listings or agent profiles, and automated data collection. You may not use FSBi trademarks without permission or engage in activities that harm FSBi, its users, or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and data on the Services are owned by FSBi or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal or authorized professional purposes only. User-generated content (e.g., reviews, listings) must comply with laws, and FSBi reserves the right to remove violating material. To report copyright infringement, contact FSBi’s designated agent with details of the copyrighted work, location of infringing material, and your contact information.

6. Fees, Payments, and Third-Party Services

Certain Services may require fees, which will be disclosed before purchase. The Services may include links to third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, Stripe) governed by their own terms.
